Guides and Reports
As a freelancer for Braze, many projects assigned to me were long-form content pieces. These content pieces consisted of informative guides ranging in topics like campaign orchestration, optimization for eCommerce, and customer journey insights for FinTech.
Working closely with the content editor and art director, I structured and developed page layouts, made spot illustrations for complex concepts, and visualized graphs and data for over 10 guides along with social and marketing assets to promote each piece. Below are some examples of that work.
Employee Handbook
The People Team at Braze needed to revamp their employee handbook, which existed in a plain Word doc, and convert it into a visual expression of the brand. I was tasked to design this handbook of over 150 pages and showcase the brand’s vibrant and unique culture for all its global employees.
